Printing Errors

If you find printing errors on your poster, please send an email to order@krugersposters.com with a description of the error and a photo.

Printing errors must be reported within 14 days of receiving the poster.

We will send you a replacement poster after inspection.

Reason for Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds because we want to prevent people from creating pirated copies of our posters.

If we offered returns or refunds, customers could simply order posters, use them, and then return or get a refund.

This would reduce our profits and prevent us from producing high-quality posters.

We hope you understand this policy.
